These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement with Fixins Roofing and Restoration (Fixins Contracting LLC), located at 2802 N Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.

1. Services

Fixins Roofing and Restoration provides roofing installation, roofing replacement, storm damage repair, restoration services, and insurance claim assistance in Colorado Springs and surrounding El Paso County communities. All services are subject to separate written agreements.

2. Free Inspections

Free roof inspections are provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase any service. An inspection report is provided for informational purposes. Scheduling an inspection does not create a contractual obligation by either party.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, scope changes, or changes to your insurance claim scope. We do not provide verbal estimates; all pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

4. Insurance Claims

Fixins assists homeowners in documenting and filing insurance claims for storm-related damage. We do not guarantee specific insurance outcomes. We do not waive, absorb, or offer to cover any portion of your insurance deductible. Deductible waiver constitutes insurance fraud and is not a practice we participate in under any circumstances.

5. Warranties

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and transferred to you upon completion and payment. Workmanship warranties are provided directly by Fixins Roofing and Restoration. Warranty terms are specified in writing in your project agreement. Warranties are void if installation areas are modified by other contractors without prior written authorization from Fixins.

6. Website Use

This website is for informational purposes only. All content is the property of Fixins Contracting LLC. Reproduction of content without written permission is prohibited. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information but do not warrant that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

7. Privacy
